Masters is a great pest control company. I wasn't sure how it was going to be after company I used sold there business. I have used them now for 2 years and I find confidence in Masters making me comfortable and how they communicate. Highly recommended. Andrew

Due weather when I wanted a postponement they still charged $99 for cancellation.

Hi Naray, we understand your frustration with our policy, but from our perspective we could have allocated other work to our service technician for today hence why we request 48 hour notice for cancellations. Cancelling on the same day as the service does not allow us any opportunity to do this. Effectively we have lost work for him which we could have had.
