Your service person, Shaun, applied gel in numerous areas of my unit but particularly in the kitchen where the infestation of German cockroaches was far greater than I had realised. In fact I was horrified to find they were even hiding behind a painting on the wall. Ughh!! Shaun warned me it will take up to 6 weeks before they are gone but was hopeful of a good result. Thank you Andrew, the Vietnamese man did a good job and was polite and pleasant. He could not give me a written receipt of the $225.00 but did write it on an envelope which he had in his car.
