Richard arrived on time and advised the steps that he was going to perform. He agreed not to spray the shrubs due to a sighting of a blue tongue lizard that morning. I found his performance to be professional and answered any questions I had in a courteous manner. I have no problem with the service provided. Regards David Aylmer
