Both my properties have been well managed, including rental agreements, speed of advertising to ensure minimal vacancy periods between tenancies, thorough check out processes and speedy handling of repairs and maintenance. I like the inspection report product which enables me to have good visibility of the condition of my property on check-out. Rent levels are appropriate and communication is very good. I am happy with Maloney's as my managing agent.

Peter Maloney is simply a highly skilled , trustworthy and caring agent. His staff are very efficient. Our sale was more complicated than most and Peter and Sue were patient and calm and always sure of a positive outcome for us and our purchaser.
