We have had our property managed through Maloney’s Accommodate leasing. Angela, Georgie and all of the cleaning and maintenance staff provide 5 star management . Communication was excellent and tenants were well taken care of by the Accommodate staff. Occupancy was high and nothing was too much trouble . Great job with friendly and personalised service.

Both my properties have been well managed, including rental agreements, speed of advertising to ensure minimal vacancy periods between tenancies, thorough check out processes and speedy handling of repairs and maintenance. I like the inspection report product which enables me to have good visibility of the condition of my property on check-out. Rent levels are appropriate and communication is very good. I am happy with Maloney's as my managing agent.
