Both my properties have been well managed, including rental agreements, speed of advertising to ensure minimal vacancy periods between tenancies, thorough check out processes and speedy handling of repairs and maintenance. I like the inspection report product which enables me to have good visibility of the condition of my property on check-out. Rent levels are appropriate and communication is very good. I am happy with Maloney's as my managing agent.

Peter Maloney is simply a highly skilled , trustworthy and caring agent. His staff are very efficient. I purchased a unit through my SMSF from Maloneys a few years ago, it has been managed by them since then. I am absolutely impressed by the team, I have given 5 stars, if ten stars was available I would pick that. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
