I've been renting through Living Here Launceston for nearly six years and I can safely say that they are the worst agents I've ever rented through. I have paid my rent on time without a single default and yet I've been repeatedly treated in an unprofessional manner. The house we rented has had noise issues, mould, damp, rot, ants and rats. We want to know more about Peel Street Property for sale. We sent messages via email and sms to Thomas and still no response after 4 days. I do hope the property owner is reading this review. You can't sell properties without buyers. We have decided to speak with the owners direct.
Unethical Agents when it comes to property management.
My girlfriend drove a 6 hour return trip as Dave told us the incorrect price of a hose - I have ms and we have wasted $70 we can't afford, he told us via email 170k to 180k for a house we liked but it was 270k !! How incompetent! Avoid at all costs !! The md or office manager can't be bothered to Call me even though I have emailed them 2 times...if I was selling or renting my home I would like someone there....no answer shame on you both !!
