Took a months rent out after I gave notice and vacated the property then advised me I must wait for the owners to return the money before I could get it back. 4 weeks today and am still waiting for that return even though it has apparently been sent to my account. Have rang their office every second day with the promise to have my calls returned and to this day still haven't received ONE call back. Only time I see or hear from the property manager is when I go to their office. Highly unprofessional in my opinion.

Do not believe these people when they tell you that you will not miss out on a rental property whilst you are waiting for you police check. We paid $90 for 2 police checks and in the mean time they rented to someone else even though they stated this would not hinder us. Which was a blatant lie thanks for costing us money we didn't need to spend as other real estate agents do not ask for police checks.
