The receptionist/owner was friendly and nice. This short stay here made my birthday week extra special. Thank you. I totally enjoyed my entire stay and wish I could extend more but will be definitely coming back next time. Location was great too and just a walk away going to the Clovelly beach and Geoff James pool. If you don’t like to walk, bus stops are just few steps from the accommodation.
Overall good Very basic, expensive for what it is (but so is everything in that area). The best thing about it is the location. Would still stay again.

Exceptional Excellent service and the best value for money u can get. Dont expect a 5 star hotel, but clean, convenient, with all facilities including terrace and kitchen for the guests and above all great hospitality spirit

clean, comfortable would stay again. a little noisy, no lift or air conditioning very central. walk to beach, pub and shops. parking onsite.
