Very Good Location, near public transport
Perfect for a little stay Stairs Great price for location, rooms were neat and tidy. New owners undertaking a refresh of the rooms and they look great since my last stay. Bed comfy and air-conditioning still super cold.

Not bad We rented a big room and there is one AC in living room only. Bedrooms have no AC. It was very hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. A bar is poor, no coffee, no milk for all of us. In generally not bad apartment but might be better. Good location, close to the beach. There are many shops and cafes. Free parking.

Comfortable for the price No lift. Lots of stairs. Promised parking but barely any available on site, but enough on the street. Weird pipe running through the bathroom. Rooms very hot without air con on due to direct sunlight. Not a fan of shower curtains or showers over baths. Not enough sheets on the bed - none between me and the doona. Gross. Comfortable bed, new air con, new shower rail style shower head. Big powerful box fan.
Had a great break there over the New Years period. Great friendly host. Close to beaches (especially Clovelly Beach, which is a great little spot). Communal kitchen, lounge and outdoor balcony were great spots to socialise with other guests.
excellent location, good wifi, good room, nothing bad about the place. not much everything was good about it.
Exceptional Plenty of space, very clean and ideally located a few minutes away from the beach. friendly staff too! would recommend
