I had a package of private ‘lessons’ with Alexa. I am 77 and my confidence has been quite low over this year. Being gradually and empathetically eased into Pilates has been ideal for me. My daughter comes to group classes and I know seeing her Mum “give it a go” has made her happy and proud. A win win experience all round.!
