The small class Pilates is fabulous. Great instructors who are thoughtful and provide variety in exercise type while delivering a full body workout.

Physiotherapist displayed knowledge of treatment of shoulder surgery and applied strengthening as progress indicated. Secondly, physiotherapist who treated Achilles repair showed awareness of appropriate treatment and applied same as progression of strengthening indicated.

The Physiotherapist I was treated by , Chris, was wonderful. Caring and knowledgeable, gave specific exercises to treat my injury and feel much better within a couple of sessions. I highly recommended this practice
