It was wonderful working with an agent that shows so much passion for what he does. A straight shooter who devised a plan to ensure we got the best price possible and succeeded by selling our home prior to auction. An experience we will remember fondly.
Gareth has been amazing, spent time helping with queries and being tentative and patient. He has been in contact over the years and not put any pressure on us. He has been always updating us on the market and the latest sales which was very informative in making the right decision. I would highly recommend him and definitely use him over anyone else in Goldcoast/Broadbeach.
Chelsea has been amazing to work with. Her communication and passion to sell my home was very evident and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I would recommend Chelsea to anyone looking to sell!!
Business response:
Thank you Josh for your lovely words! Representing you was a pleasure 🏡
Gareth and Jasmine have both been a pleasure to work with. Gareth's communication and professionalism throughout the whole process of purchasing a property has been first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Gareth and Jasmine when next you are considering buying or selling your property
My wife and I would like to commend you on the high standard of service you provided while selling property. You paid attention to every detail that meant so much to us. You were always professional and extremely polite in all circumstances.
Eddie and Nikki are a great team and any question was answered without delay.
Chelsea was amazing to deal with! She is prompt and on the ball all the time, and has our best interest in mind. I would feel confident with Chelsea's help again in future!!
Business response:
Thank you Kiara and Sean for your kind words! Congratulations on your first home 🏡
Taylor is one of the finest real estate agents I have ever dealt with. A true professional and a pleasure to work with. He worked very hard on this project. I can’t recommend him enough. He is a true legend.
Up front with information on the property, and super transparent unlike other agents we've dealt with. Friendly and very professional. If we asked for something, it was supplied or completed very quickly. Definitely recommend working with Chelsea for anyone else in the market.
Business response:
Thank you Sean and Kiara for your kind words! Congratulations on your first home 🏡
