We are a private family and it took tremendous trust for us to place our family home in Taylors hands. Ultimately he did everything he promised and the result was beyond our expectations.
I recently engaged Kollosche Real Estate to sell my properties on the Gold Coast. Kollosche Real Estate was recommended to me by a local, and I can say that the experience matched the referral. James Roberts was the key contact during the sales process, and he kept me up to date with progress, offers and potential issues. I found the communication very clear and useful, and James to be very professional and polite.
Troy's expertise and dedication was truly impressive, leading to a successful sale of our property. He communicated effectively and provided valuable market insights. His professionalism and attention to detail ensured a smooth and stress-free process. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a trusted real estate agent. Thank you for a job well done!
James was exceptional throughout the entire process, from excellent communication to his market expertise. His professionalism and dedication led to a successful auction of our property. Highly recommend!
Rob was professional and easily accessible for any questions etc.. Polite, courteous and friendly. He kept me well informed at all times. I’ve bought and sold with other agents, but it will be Rob that sells this place when the time comes.
