Really happy with the service. She was always punctual, polite and very efficient with communication throughout the process. Everything was handled promptly and professionally, which made the whole experience much easier.
Overall, I had a positive experience working with him. He was proactive, responsive and worked hard throughout the process to help move things forward. At times the communication could be quite persistent, but overall he was professional and helpful, and I appreciate the effort he put into getting the deal completed.
Gypsea was excellent and has a deep understanding of the GC property market. She is very professional, motivated and passionate about real estate. She was also willing to do whatever was needed to secure a good outcome for us - which she did. I’d highly recommend her and her team
We’re very grateful to Julia for her work on the sale of our property. When you’ve designed and built a home with care, the detail matters. Julia took the time to understand the materials, layout, and thinking behind the house, and they communicated that clearly to buyers. That made a real difference in how the home was presented and received. Throughout the process, their preparation was thorough, inspections were handled properly, and communication with us was clear and consistent.
Gareth and all his team were extremely professional and efficient in getting my property sold for a great price and in a super quick time. The communication from Sarah was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her. I highly recommend all the team at Kollosche and would not hesitate in using them again.
