Our experience with Kollosche, and especially with leading executive Tillini, is not only exceptional; it’s also miraculous! Our long-term tenancy with a different agent ends in 3 days, as the owner is ready to occupy the property. We had secured a new tenancy with yet another agent to start today, but it fell through at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. After my property had been on the rental market for almost two months with very little success, I received a call from Steve offering to help. Even my previous property manager had acknowledged how difficult it had been to secure a tenant, despite reducing the rent. Myself and my partner used Kollosche Gold Coast to find our first apartment here in Australia and we were so happy with our experience. Meeting Andrew at the open house viewing was such a blessing.
