We found Jamie to be professional & friendly in the way he handled the sale of our property. His knowledge of the area and marketing skills ensured we had a good flow of prospective buyers at our open homes. We would enlist Jamie's services again and recommend him to anyone considering a move in the property market.
Business response:
Thanks Heather & Mike. Appreciate the opportunity and look forward to working together soon. Regards, Jamie
We have bought and sold properties with Michael Kollosche along Mermaid Beachfront. The level of service and attention to detail was second to none. There was nothing that was too much trouble and it just didn't stop at signing of the contracts or settlement of the property. There wasn't one area that we could fault with the whole process.
Michael Kollosche went above and beyond when selling my property. He and his team were nothing but professional and extremely proactive. Michael was always available to answer my questions in a professional and timely manner whenever I called. He exceeded my expectations in his service and delivery. I would not hesitate to engage Michael and his team again in the future.
Very professional, committed and honest. Eddie and Kara remain positive and work hard.
Dealing with Kollosche prestige agents was a great experience. Eddie, our agent, and his team were very passionate and patient with showing us several houses and answering all our questions before helping us find our dream house. The relationship went beyond just a simple purchase and sale. The team has continued to support and help us with all matters pertaining to the house. Through the process we have all become great friends and I truly appreciate the help we have received.
Eddie was a superior agent and helpful on the sales journey, would recommend him to any party to provide exceptional service and higher than expected sale return
My experience in selling our property on Isle of Capri was made incredibly simple and pain free with Eddie. He listened to how I wanted to sell, quickly brought together a game plan that suited our needs and set about achieving what he promised to deliver. Eddie has an easy, open communicative and relaxed style. He is confident with his ability to get results. I would highly recommend Eddie for anyone looking to sell or buy property without adding additional stress to their lives.
Eddie was easy to reach, easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. He's straight forward and tells you how it is. His assistant Kara is very professional and efficient. Dealing with them was a dream.
When engaging Michael to sell my home in Sorrento I instantly felt he was not a traditional real estate agent. Michael presented himself as a professional advisor, and I immediately took to his genuine personality. His knowledge and true passion for real estate stood out far above his competition. The quality of service from Michael and his team is something that stands out. Michael’s communication, product knowledge and genuine care for his results set him apart from other agents.
