The buying process was open, friendly and transparent. At no stage did we feel pressured. It was surprising and refreshing to be provided with an Inspection Report, Pest Report and Valuation of the property. Of course we had to do our own research, but it made the process much easier and aided in making a final decision to purchase earlier than we would otherwise.
