When it was time to sell Mum’s home as her Powers of Attorney, we needed an agent who was passionate, professional, patient ... patience, as two of us are in Sydney (in COVID times). Meetings had to be on Zoom. Troy ticked the boxes over and over during the campaign. It wasn’t just Troy. He has a strong team beside him. We trusted and complied with their advice on all matters. Selling a unique property can have its challenges, but they were up for it and we are delighted with the result.
Business response:
Jill Thank you for the review, much appreciated. We are absolutely delighted we achieved the premium price for you and the family, talk soon and all the best. kind regards Troy
I cannot fault Kara for the assistance, time and effort she put in to help us. She knew what we were looking for and spared no time to find exactly that. Everything from the initial inspection and all the way through to settlement was seamless and stress free. She took care of everything for us and made it easy for us to just do what was needed by us. She had our best interest at heart, she found what we were looking for and we will forever be grateful to her. I would put my trust in her o.n.o.
Eddie is really a very professional consultant in this industry. Sharp market sense, excellent consumer insight, mature and customer-oriented negotiation skill. General speaking, we are quite appreciated for all the endeavors Eddie had put into the work. We do hope to cooperate with him in the future.
Given our property had been on the market for a while and had failed to sell, Rob proposed a new strategy, which involved an intensive 4-week Auction campaign. Rob has strong knowledge of the market and put in 100% effort to sell our property. Communication the entire campaign was excellent. Rob was supported by a fantastic team, which made all the difference and ended in an outstanding result. We would highly recommend Rob Lamb and the Kollosche team to anyone!
Mitch assisted us with a recent property sale in Mermaid Waters. His communication, professionalism and market knowledge allowed us to achieve a solid result very quickly. Mitch was fair - worked with the buyer and seller to achieve the right outcome for everyone. Thank you Mitch!
Kara was professional, highly organised, highly motivated, refreshingly confident, honest and sincere. Her knowledge of the market in the area we were selling was on point. Her ability to capture the feeling of the property in the marketing was exceptional. Kara said what she could do and went right ahead and did it with a contract 4 days after listing. All we needed to do was get out of her way and let her work!! A pleasure to do business with.
Ryan’s knowledge on the property market on the Gold Coast was excellent. He knew where all the suitable properties for us were available and helped us find our dream apartment in Broadbeach. He was a superstar!
The sale was complex for a host of reasons out of our control and through some challenging times you stayed the course, committed to the journey. You continually communicated with all parties that were involved keeping us constantly updated whilst being patient, respectful and honest. Your attention to detail and communication with our lawyers was exceptional even when things got tough, all in turn delivering us an amazing result and setting a new island record. We would openly recommend Ryan.
Ryan was great to deal with , very professional and reliable. Nothing was ever a problem . Thank you
