Tim was punctual professional & polite. Discovered where the electrical fault lay with a pair of fountains & although unable to actually fix it on the day he did his best to source options

Ray was terrific. He carefully listened to my reason for calling and set about finding the fault. He explained what he was doing and why in non - sparky terms. after much testing he located and fixed my problem then re-tested things to make sure he had everything working. I can't speak too highly of him. Ditto for Max who fitted our new smoke detectors. That makes two excellent results from two visits. (My apologies for this tardy response.)
