The overall experience from booking to job completion has been friendly, honest, professional and efficient. There was one loud sound very close to my home, and then some burnt smell outside the house last night. I called Kenner Electrics this morning. The cost has been explained to me before the job. Tim came, inspected the spot, excluded that the cause is electrical. He communicated to a plumber regarding the issue. I obtained the plumber’s contact from him.
