Selling our place was made so simple. Martina is a true professional. From our first call to the last, nothing was too hard.
Martina was amazing from day one. Her knowledge of not only the area but the market was spot on. Communication was excellent right throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
Martina comprehensively advised us on the state of the local market when deciding on our listing price. We aimed high but she was proved absolutely correct when she advised us to drop our price before market interest completely dropped away. We subsequently we sold our house within a month. The whole process took about 10 weeks in total from listing until an accepted offer was made. Incredibly good for Kalgoorlie at the time. Martina was diligent and highly attentive.
