I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by Elliott and his team. Elliott went above and beyond to do all inspections as I live in another state. Even his recommendations for building inspections were excellent and very reasonable. His team also followed up with me, as I bought the property for a rental, prior to settlement so I could have great tenants in asap. Everything went so smoothly because of their efficiency and knowledge of their business. I can’t recommend them enough.
