Had an excellent experience selling with Elliot. We were impressed with his knowledge of the market and sold our house in under 3 weeks. He is professional, approachable and an excellent communicator. He provided valuable advice and feedback while being punctual and reliable. buying/selling houses is stressful but working with Elliot was easy
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Elliot during my home search, and i cannot recommend him highly enough! From start to finish Elliot went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Elliot has incredible knowledge, patience, outstanding communication and listened to my needs which made all the difference in finding my perfect home. Elliot was always available to answer questions and guide me through every step of the process. Thank you again Elliot!
My partner and I had a great experience with Elliot on buying our first home . He was open and honest, professional, approachable, and an all round nice guy! As first home buyers, we initially felt a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. However, Elliot was always there to help guide us and make the whole experience a lot less daunting! In addition to this, we were out of town buyers and Elliot helped us navigate the whole sale from a distance! Thanks so much Elliot!
Elliott was very professional. Keep us in the loop with what was happening. I would definitely use Elliott for selling my house again.
