Simply the best ! We truly like his ‘ never say die ‘ attitude. Very committed and absolutely result oriented. Even if we know each other’s for almost 4 years we never knew that they are so focused like this for what they are doing. Selling our beautiful property within 12 days is absolutely phenomenal. We still couldn’t believe how he worked very closely and smoothly with the buyers and also with us during last one week .
Our experience purchasing a home through Dhi was unfortunately disappointing. Communication was great right up until our offer was accepted, and then it dropped away almost entirely. When settlement was delayed on the sellers’ side, instead of communicating with his own vendors for updates, he repeatedly contacted me. No settlement gift or card either. We would not recommend Dhi.
I experienced the most terrible experience of buying properties. The behaviour of the seller is no difference to cage animals. Building was damaged. Worms coming out from the bin. All remote garage keys are out of battery and left heaps of rubbish etc. it’s not the agents fault but the agency should have some control over their behaviour.Keys were picked up at the property after settlement as seller were still there. Sadly Solicator and police were involved at the end.
I experienced a terrible communication breakdown between the seller and the agent which eventually caused the critical damage to my property between pre inspection and the settlement day. I understood that Dhi was away on the settlement day, but the fact that he couldn't get hold of the seller was not what I expected and it did not make any sense at all. Is the agent meant to be the one who is responsible for communication for both parties. It was very DISAPPOINTING and UPSETTING experience.
