Ivy is a driven and effective agent Ivy has solid understanding of the market, she also been persistent. I am very happy with the results
A great selling experience Ivy and Isaac did a good job qualifying buyers and selling our property for a great price. We have always found them to be honest, highly professional, and very knowledgable of the local market.
We have known Ivy for a while through going to open homes in the area. She is always a friendly smile and most helpful. When we decided to sell our property, she was the first agent we thought of. She was really helpful and set up a great marketing plan. We sold our house in a timely manner and we're thrilled with the whole process. We do not hesitate in recommending her and her company to anybody. Great service.
I would highly recommend lvy and her team if you are looking at selling your property. Ivy was able to find a suitable buyer within a week and Ivy got us the price that we were asking. We were kept up to date throughout the sale and we were extremely happy with the overall service provided. Thanks Ivy we are thrilled with the results.
The agent to go to Ivy has been amazing in close the deals for both seller and buyers. She was able to sell the property and get negotiation done in 24 hours. We are not expecting we would be able to own this amazing house. She is the agent to go. Incredible lady.
Good job Ivy. You have done an excellent job for selling this house for us.
Excellent͏ Sales Result This is our second home Ivy has sold for us, on both occasions Ivy has achieved exceptional sales prices. Her experience, knowledge, communication, extensive client base, and ‘can do’ attitude is outstanding. We will definitely engage Ivy in the future.
Ivy, Isaac & the team made the whole selling process seamless all the way to settlement. Their local knowledge is second to none, very efficient and attentive to all our enquires and needs. Could not recommend anyone else!
Working with Frank was great, with no fuss. He was remarkably prompt with communication and put the icing on the cake for our buying experience. He was always straight to the point, having a genuine concern for our time. Would genuinely recommend him to a friend.
