The first time I met Sid on Friday 27/10. He was friendly and understood the problems with my scoliosis after I had a fall backwards twice on my back yard this year. He gave me treatments by massaging my tight muscles on the back left side then he also used the hand held vibration machine on my left lower back. I felt great as the muscles tightness on the left side had reduced. Sid also showed me two exercises to do at home for reducing the symptoms of scoliosis. I will see Sid again this coming Friday 3/11.
