My Physio Sid has been amazing. He helped me with my shoulder pain. He’s given me massages and exercises with and without resistance bands. I feel my shoulder has improved a lot and now he’s said I can start doing weights with my affected arm, which is great news for me! Thank you for all your help Sid. You have been great!
