Sandra was a total professional. My loan had to be approved within an extremely short time-frame due to developer related issues. It was an extremely stressful time for me as a result. Sandra not only achieved this but kept me updated throughout the process. I have no doubt that had I not used Sandra that the sale would have fallen through or I would have had to pay exessive penalties. I cannot thank Sandra (and her excellent staff) enough as a result.
