We recently refinanced with Sandra - coming back after originally securing our first home with her 18 months prior. Sandra and her team are always so informative, punctual and available. They take the stress out of all the unknowns and are a real helping hand when it all seems too hard. We are so thankful to have them on our team.
Sandra and the team made the refinancing process really easy and they were able to get a really good option/rate for us. The team was always available, provided us with regular updates and handled the process form start to finish really effectively. We are based interstate, but this was not an issue as Sandra was happy to meet us via Zoom to discuss options. Very honest and professional service, second to none. We will use them again when the time comes.
