Brett was terrific. Knew his business of rats and termites. He communicated well and was a great bloke to boot.

Hi Margaret ,That's awesome. Thank you so much for you feedback. Being a small local business that means a lot to us
We’ve used Inner West Pest control for a few years now. Every team member has been great. Punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Today we had Aleem attend our home and again I was met with a polite and respectful attitude. He answered all my questions and did a thorough job. Sad to hear Maxwell has moved on - he was so passionate about his job.
Business response:
Hi, Ann. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
I thought the technician was really casual he took 15 mins and I’m not sure if he took out the fridge or dishwasher. It was the second German cock roach treatment and I’m not sure it if was done properly
it was great

Very impressed with the high level of pre-visit and post-visit communication. Prompt response to my initial inquiry, then Brett and his team arrived on time and did a thorough inspection job. Outstanding service and the inspection report impressively delivered same-day.
