Anthony was absolutely incredible in setting my mind at ease with regards to the rats in my backyard. He managed to arrange an inspection almost immediately & I appreciated this at a very busy time for all, as it was after NY celebrations & many businesses are still closed. Anthony personally conducted the inspection and made the suggested actions to eliminate the rodents. Arrived on time. Explained what was to be done. Did thorough inspection (not just spray without inspection). Treated for pests that we wanted done. Gave advice That extra under-floor ventilation desirable.

I find Inner West pest control is excellent for the following reasons. 1. It is easy to talk on the phone when organising an appointment 2. I have been using them for some years and I know them. 3. They treat what is needed but do not overtreat. 4. They come when they say they will and communicate well
