RecommendedThe apartments are spacious and we were in a great location. For this reason alone, I would absolutely recommend, but be aware of the negatives. The housekeeping staff were also fabulous. Not so fabulous was the construction work directly beneath us for days on end and no-one to reach out and check in on us or offer an apology for the constant noise. Indulge Apartments are quick to take your money but if you can't travel due to covid restrictions they consider this a cancellation and will not reimburse or refund you. Obviously not interested in receiving repeat business or business at all for that matter if this is how they treat their customers. They took $844 from us and won't refund it. Absolutely disgusting during these very difficult times and yes I will let as many people know about this as I possibly can through all avenues possible.
The apartment was pretty cool, big and quite funky, nice kitchen/furniture etc... although the water & ice on the fridge was disconnected? (on purpose) It was a little dirty and dusty, had to wear socks at all times. The rear entrance and garage were well below average. My local garbage tip has a nicer entrance. Main complaint is customer service. My main reason to stay was to relax, watch movies etc... Foxtel didn't work right, dvd player broken, nothing hooked up right, and the av equipment was so old nothing could be plug... read more
