One of the best I stayed in Everything is do well thought out, really comfortable after a hard day at work Will recommend it in a heart beat. Only will ask for the kettle to be descaled Didn’t felt safe to boil water, no drama though as they had clean microwave. Thank you team🙏
I called Indulge Apartments call centre to tell them how disappointed I was for being billed $50 to get into there apartment, using there fob, at 10pm at night after following there process. I called security to get us into the room and was charged. When complained I received the below email accusing me of being aggressive and my behaviour wouldn’t be tolerated. I stayed in 3a. The room has NO windows at all, only skylights. The other issue for me was I could hear the conversation behind me and next door. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable and had a smart tv. I only stayed 2 night so it was ok.
Clean & well equipped for the price. Ice cold AC on a 43 degree day. No complaints at all, thank you Indulge
We were staying for 3 nights and I truly believe I didn’t book the studio apartment which is no more than a motel room, definitely not an apartment. Why would you put a sky light in the bed room 🤷♀️ We wanted a kitchen and an outdoor area..the studio apartment was none of this. We did have a couple of issues which management dealt with quickly. Location was good. Will look for other accommodation next time.
