Image property didn’t show any interest in the issues I raised with the unit I was renting when they took over management, then when I broke lease the were extremely slow finding a new tenant even with lots of applicants. I would not recommend this agency.

Poor service. Poor communication. Would never go through them again. I started with them a few years ago, utilising their property management service. They told me I could easily rent my property out for a lot more than what they ended up renting it out for. They told me they were staying out low so they didn't scare people off. Unprofessional & highly do not recommend this agent for both tenants and property owners. I've read the negative reviews online but decided to give them a chance, but turns out they are just as bad as what everyone has been saying. Agents choose an inspection day, and doesn't turn up to open the house for people to see. No direct call or message about inspection cancellation and was told to look in from outside. Very unprofessional real estate. Property managers never return calls or emails, they constantly move the goal posts on requests from tennants and fail to follow regulatory procedures. They rudely demanded we move in and sign the lease a day earlier than we were able to (because they're "too busy on Saturdays"). I took a day off work to move to Brisbane early and meet them at the apartment, only to find that but it was still being repaired by workmen and had to wait 3 hours until I could enter the property!! Super unprofessional. Property managers are inexperienced and don't follow their own procedures and processes. I would never rent a property listed with them again and would highly recommend anyone considering to do so, abort immediately. Request for repairs or maintenance take weeks or even months and your bond will be tied up for weeks.
These guys were the property manager for a complex in New Farm. The agent managing the complex was less than helpful, never returning phone calls and very rarely responding the email within what I would expect as a timely manner. If you are considering renting a property through these guys or getting them to manage a property I would genuinely advise you to look else where.
Absolutely terrible service. We should of read other reviews before trusting these people to manage our property. After being shuffled around with different employees and terrible communication would not recommend.
