I have two properties managed by Image Property and I have no hesitation in recommending them for property management. Ellen is my property manager and is very proactive. I have especially appreciated the way in which she communicates reasons for particular decisions, and her diligence in managing the issues as they arise by maintaining regular communication and sharing her advice. I have had inferior service from property management agencies before but I highly recommend Image Property.
Any time I have needed Ellen's help with my property, she has being incredibly proactive and has always exceeded my expectations. She thinks like an investor and adds huge value in doing so. We bought a rental property in Clayfield, Queensland in 2012 and it was initially managed by another property management company whom we would never recommend . Ever since Image Property West End took over the management in 2014 everything went on smoothly. They are professional, respond to queries promptly, and provide good advice when needed.
