Olivia is Awesome. So caring and I think she enjoys taking us for our class as much as we do to attend. I just think 5 is too many for a class. 4 as maximum even then can be a little longer getting to your next exercise given the class is 45 mins. By know way a complaint but constructive feedback. Thankyou to Olivia. 💜. I look forward to my next class.Â
The GLAD program is helping my knee. I have less pain especially at night. The Physios are friendly and listen to those doing the program. The exercises are taylored to individual needs but also helping people to increase their workload gradually, to get better results - hopefully to take away need for major surgery. ThanksÂ
I usually see Eugenia who is absolutely brilliant at her job and shows great empathy in understanding her clients other issues. Tiffany was a very good stand in and I am seeing her again next week.Â
