All staff, reception & instructors, appropriately professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Exercises focused on individual needs. As well as providing great workouts classes are fun!

I was very pleased and felt that I was really taken care of by a few professionals who understood what a pt. Feels when they visit a therapy unit. I must say a special thank you to Lachlan who was execellent. He understood my problem and advised me and guided me through the whole process. He had time for me and never rushed me through the exercises.The girl at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Overall I am pleased that I found such a lovely place. Thank you all.

Recovering from injury under the guidance of a physio who is also a PT has helped me gain confidence in my ability to exercise with the knowledge that I am doing the movements correctly and not causing further damage. Tim works us hard but with grace and humour.
