Try to charge us $2500 for manifold gasket when all it was,was loose bolts that they didn't tighten up when doing a service.every time the car went in for a service it came back with something else wrong with it.We paid for extended warranty with the car so had to take the to them still got a year left on the warranty but not taking it back to them We will void the warranty but be better off taking it to a mechanic that knows what they are doing.
Heartland Blacktown will swindle your money! I advice people not to go here! Service is bad and they will go to means just to deceive you and get your money. Got my car for regular inspection 18th of aug 2017. After the inspection they have clearly said "the car is in good and perfect condition". Paid about $800. 3 weeks later i had to bring it back to get it ready for my rego which is due end of September. Suddenly there was 4 huge problem in my car? I recently put my VY in for a service and to have the radiator replaced..... They certainly are a bit overpriced But they are very quick doing the work not sure if this is a good or bad thing after spending a lot of $$$ on service injectors plugs leads and a new radiator this included a full engine and safety check they missed an apparent split in the air intake - which was causing the car to run very badly..
