Imagine buying brand new rims the day before your car goes in for a service. Me thinking that Holden A well known car brand and dealership would take the utmost care and respect for my car would fail me? What a joke Called early in the day sorry busy will have service call you back .... nothing Calling after work explain that I have a 2007 HOLDEN Astra and before I can explain the issue I get We don’t touch them!!!!!! Have no one that is trained in them so we won’t touch them Then I had to ask is there some where I can get it looked at With “maybe castle hill” It’s a Holden !!!!!!
Purchased a used car from them which had no end of serious issues. Broke down and was told by the salesman I bought off and one of their mechanics to get it towed. Assured they would pay for tow. Service manager refused to honour what I’d been told. I called numerous times to address the issue with the dealer Principal and also wrote a letter of complaint which was never replied to. Where can you find a brand new car being delivered with a scratch on the paint that was meant to have all the ceramic coating. We wasted a lot of money for the coating with the dealership saying it's not their problem but they are endorsing it and allowing people to sell it in their dealership

Had a negative experience here. One of the managers was far too pressurising during negotiations. So much so, he lost our sale.
