service department is nothing but disappointment out of 5 times they were meant to contact me, they only contacted me once and it wasn't the person who was.meant to call. service manager is invisible when you want to escalate things. i will never be servicing my i30N there again.

Got new breaks on my car last week and was told today my Heartland Motors Chullora that I only have 30% breaks left....clearly your mechanics are only doing their job at 30% capacity....& got charged for a tyre rotation which wasn’t done. Lovely service with a loan car doesn’t guarantee you a proper service on your car.

After 3 years of our new car not starting...and Heartland "fixing" it...our car is yet to start properly. We have been charged for a repair that never actually fixed anything and had to open a case with Fair trading. We took our car into another dealership to be diagnosed and it came to light that our PCM was tampered with and not actually even connected properly...so we had to pay another $700.00. Dept of Fair Trading case is still open and I am still actively trying to get in contact with the service manager of Heartland t... read more

I was driving up Picton rd today i was over taken by a car with your company name all over it in the pouring rain and the driver over took me in the inside lane that had 50 metres to go to merge into my lane I consider this very dangerous driving I was driving the speed Limit and your car was over took me doing apprpx 20 kms over the speed limit And did not even use a blinker If this is how u drive your cars how would u treat my car Very dangerous driving not impressed
