Poor poor service. They don’t look after their customers. Once you buy the car they treat you like garbage. Do not buy from these guys as they are just out to take your money

Heartland dont seem to honour warranties when it suits them. Shame on you as a dealer and shame on Ford. After sales service is just as important as the sale of a car, if not more.

Do not honour their warranty. They left a friend without his very expensive vehicle with a blown motor due to their poor workmanship and refused to honour their own warranty.
