Had a lovely facial with Jodie and hair done today. Even though I’ve been a long term client at Haylo the care and attention to detail never wavers. After discussing some changes to my look, Hayley revamped my hair design and a slight change with a new product & I couldn’t be happier. My husband’s reaction when I came through the door was “WOW, very nice “🤩

Loved pretty much most of the experience but I was quite cold at times, specially when my hair was wet. It was interesting to have two different stylists … one for cut one for colour., I didn’t mind though because their energy was so different. One was very high energy and talkative and the other was quite calm, chill and quiet. I preferred this approach. The cut seemed a little choppy, sits ok when it’s curly but not if I straighten it.
