Wow, what a transformation Hayley delivered! I have been a client for a few years now and haven’t looked back. Always happy with the design and care, feeling fresh when leaving such a caring environment in the studio. But like most, I was starting to feel a bit “WheatBix” as my natural hair tones & highlights were fading. And I wanted to create something very different. The barn/country style salon was very spacious and the staff all knew what they were doing and where to be. They supported each other when needed. Bonus to have a cafe internally connected too. A down side was that we didn't quite have that 1-1 experience that we assumed we would as the staff moved between clients from the beginning to the end. Not a huge issue but still mattered as a first time client, it would've been nice to see that completed from start to after sales and not having to repeat at the after sales section ... read more

As always Hayley with the rest of the crew make a haircut a pampering exercise. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed warmly . Refreshments are offered while you wait which is never long. Once the haircut has commenced the professionalism is evident in all staff members whether it be something as simple keeping the area clean and tidy to she.pooing and massaging your hair. A little bit of luxury in a busy day.
