James was wonderful to work with. He communicated with me on a regular basis and gave sound advice when challenges arose during the process. I could tell his experience was vast and extensive. We achieved outstanding results on the sale of our allotments and would highly recommend Harcourts Packham to others.
From the very first meeting, James went above and beyond to ensure he was getting us the best result possible, whilst mitigating any stresses that come with selling. James' industry knowledge, professional manner and genuine care secured us a result that was far beyond our expectations. I could not recommend James and Harcourts Packham highly enough!
James was great at negotiating a great price for our home. He gave us information on what to expect from the beginning, updates after each inspection, where the buyers were sitting and his plans/advice on closing the deal. Always informing us of what was happening and keeping us very much involved. It gave us a sense that we were not just a number. Settlement was also an absolute breeze and was a result of the effective communication between buyer and seller. Thanks James we appreciate it all.
Professionalism is a quality we highly value, and James exceeded our expectations in this regard. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the sale, from the initial consultation to the closing paperwork. James demonstrated a thorough understanding of the real estate market and provided us with valuable insights to help us make informed decisions. We appreciated his support and motivation in getting us over the line !
James was a incredibly professional agent with years of experience under his belt. He was able to tell us exactly where the market was for our house and achieved the price he said that we would achieve. This is the second property we have sold with James and know he worked incredibly hard to achieve best price possible for both our properties.
James was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice and information about the homes in the area we were selling and sold our home for a great price. He kept us in contact throughout the process so we always knew where things were at.
I recently had the pleasure of working with James, a phenomenal real estate agent who went above and beyond to sell my house. From start to finish, James demonstrated exceptional professionalism, keeping me informed and involved at every stage of the process. One of the standout qualities of James was his commitment to communication. He consistently kept me updated with timely and relevant information, ensuring that I was well-informed throughout the entire selling journey. Thank you James.
James (and his team) were excellent to work with. He was knowledgable and experienced, I felt supported through the entire selling process. He is a strong auctioneer and this is reflected in the fantastic final price. I can highly recommend working with James.
Excellent and informative in all aspects
