Since the start of our tenancy, we’ve sent multiple emails and follow-up text messages to our property manager, and not a single one has been answered. These weren’t unreasonable requests just basic things like I don’t know…..getting bank account details for rent payments. We never even received a welcome email with this essential information. The Marion Harcourts property management section is completely dysfunctional, with a high staff turnover and poor service to both landlords and tenants. We had a disastrous experience with them ,they caused immense stress, and financial losses . I would never use Harcourts for any real estate needs . Zero stars for these contemptible people - theyre incompetent, dishonest and unprofessional .
