I was very impressed with Chris and his team - firstly for their knowledge of the local market, and their professionalism and advice for marketing my property. Also I’m extremely impressed with the result that was obtained after a thorough and efficient marketing effort. I would highly recommend Chris and his team for any sale or purchase of property.
A great agent to have in your corner. Richie was excellent to deal with from the moment we first reached out to him about selling our property. He was super responsive to our enquiries and went above and beyond in helping everything go through smoothly. He offered advice without being overly ‘salesy’ or pushy, which put us at ease throughout the process. We ended up with a great sales result. I would definitely use Richie again and highly recommend him and his team.
Went above and beyond. Richie made the process of buying our first home so easy. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything and that everything went smoothly. Couldn’t recommend Richie enough!
Personable and communicative. Richie was easy to work with throughout the process. He was very helpful in securing the property and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.
Amazing agent. Richie and his team are very approachable and professional, they are always willing to help and answer any questions. They made the process of selling our home so easy and seamless. We highly recommend Richie and hopefully get to work with him again in the future.
Super helpful!! Richie was a great agent to work with as he was super helpful and enthusiastic!! He was always available for a call to answer any questions and had a lot of knowledge of the market and the house we were buying!! Made us feel very secure and confident in our purchase. Thanks Richie!!
Chris's knowledge of the market and his estimate of what we should expect and what we actually got was spot on. From the start of the procedure until the successful auction, we were kept informed along the way. We have no complaints; rather, we were very happy with the way Chris, Melissa, Jayde and team helped us. In short, they are very professional and expert in what they do and we highly recommend them.
Chris and his team have their fingers on the market-pulse like no other in the business. Always available and passionate about obtaining the ultimate outcome - which was, for us, beyond all expectations. Don't go anywhere else!
Amazing service!! Richie was very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and stress free! I couldn’t recommend him more.
