Mel was excellent, I have sold a few places over the years and most agents tell you that your property is great and can get a great price, but they don't deliver with Mel from Harcourt delivered a great price and always keep us informed the all the time she was fantastic. Thankyou so much.
Chris and all his staff at Harcourt are wonderful. He sold our property on the first day for a fantastic price. Kept us informed all the time. Thank you all so much. Would highly recommend
Can’t speak more highly enough about Melissa and her knowledge. Absolutely an outstanding person. Friendly, understanding, honest, and very respectful. Just the best.
Truly a remarkable gentleman. Really appreciate Chris’s honesty and integrity in selling my house. The most trustworthy person in the business, I can’t speak more highly of Chris.
David was nothing short of amazing. Once he received our listing. We were kept in the loop and notified on what was happening . We are forever grateful for david being able to get us the sale we needed, and in amazing time after 2 days on the market we were able to get a contract. Cannot reccomend enough to anyone who is thinking of selling their home. If we were to ever sell again we would definately be using david again.
Sameer came recommend. His can do positive attitude netted a great outcome. I can absolutely recommend him now.
I would have no hesitation recommending Kate to others or using her again. Kate is a very good communicator, transparent and easy to work with.
Professional service. Richie handled the whole sale process from marketing through to completion in a very thorough and efficient manner. He kept good contact throughout so that we knew where things were going. We were very happy with his work.
Professional. I decided to sell my home in Tingalpa and wanted a local agent that knew the area and the local market. I used Richie and was happy with his presentation and advice. Two weeks later he achieved a record price for the house in the area. Thank you Ritchie and your team, well done.
