From the time the decision was made to list our property for rent to the time it took to find a good tenant (less than two weeks!), was handled with high efficiency and total professionalism. I want to thank the Team at Harcourts Inner East (particularly Jacinta Starling and Crisly Tammekivi) for guiding us through the process, handling the inspections process, and fielding the many queries that we had and also those of prospective Tenants. I had an awesome experience with the team at Harcourts Inner East. I was looking for a house to rent while my house was being built and found the perfect house on realestate.com. We have been tenants with Harcourts Inner East for the past two years with our property manager Rose. Rose was always helpful in organising required maintenance quickly and always keeping us in the loop. Rose has always kept the communication lines open between the owner and us, and we have really appreciated having her as our property manager. As our lease has now come to an end, Rose again communicated with us effectively and completed our vacate with ease. We really are grateful after a previous bad experience elsewhere. ... read more

Melissa has been fantastic so far by keeping me up to date with any issues I should know about and is really on the ball. I have only been with Harcourt for a short time but at this point I am really happy with them.
