Rented a townhouse for 2 years and Rose Aragon was my property manager. I found her to be very approachable and any issues were quickly resolved with minimal intrusion. She had the challenge of managing the property through a cyclone, leaking roof and installation of 2 showers in the property and every job was well planned and communicated with as little disruption as possible. Rose was the property manager for the 12 months we had our property on the rental market. She was so great at keeping me informed and in ensuring I was meeting my obligations as a landlord. When we decided to sell the property she went above and beyond to manage the end of lease process in a conjunction with getting it ready for sale. She even helped engage trades well after the lease had ended. I always appreciated her thoughtful solutions and suggestions. She made things so easy!

Mel and the team have been fantastic at organising maintenance whenever needed. We recently had a pesky wasp’s nest, and it was so easy to log the issue through Tapi. A trade was out within days to take care of it. Communication is always easy, and it never feels like I’m bothering them with the occasional request. We’re very happy to be tenants with Harcourts Inner East.
