Franca and Diana were punctual, knowledgeable and helpful.
We just want to let you know how pleased we are with your services for the sale of our property and especially the efforts of Diana & Jack. With the Covid-19 lockdown it of course was very difficult for everyone. You have done a great job at steering us through the process and getting us a great result. We are appreciative of the knowledge, communication and experience you displayed throughout. Thank you again. We are very pleased with the out come, timimg & process.
Franca's experience and first rate knowledge of market conditions ensured a fantastic outcome for us the vendors as well as the home's new owners.
To Franca Katsaris and the Ham Kerr Team, I appreciate the amount of time you spent in arranging inspections, your professional advice and practical assistance, including contacts. The organising of professional videos of the property, enabling viewing during Covid Lockdown. Your Knowledge of marketing. The Regular feedback from yourself and the team. "Five out of Five Stars" I would recommend your firm to family and friends.
Franca was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. A very prompt communicator and great with follow up - highly reccommend.
Megan and James are very comfortable to be around, they are very respective of our thoughts and decisions and works very diligently to achieve the best outcome possible.
James is a professional agent with great human skills! We have been buying and selling properties through him and he has been always been great on both sides of the business.
This agent went over and above in preparing our property for sale amidst the announcement of a circuit-breaker lockdown. They sprung into action, contacting bidders and bringing forward the auction so it could be conducted in-person and prior to lockdown coming into force. The property sold well above reserve and we couldn't speak more highly of James and his team!
